Specific Need

The Valley Heights Booster Club has worked with school administrators, staff, and coaches to identify specific ways we can better support our student-athletes and activity programs. With the shared goal of enhancing student experiences, we discussed a number of high-impact opportunities where your support can truly make a difference.

With the commitment and generosity of our community, we hope to raise funds for several key needs, including:

Scoring tables for both the elementary and high school gyms, used during volleyball and basketball games.
New stage mats for the Blue Rapids gym, where junior high basketball is played — helping to prevent injuries and ensure a safer playing environment.
HUDL Assist, a video analysis and stats tool that gives coaches and athletes detailed performance feedback to improve skills and game strategies.
Training equipment, including BOSU balls and agility ladders, to support athlete conditioning and development.
Sport-specific gear, such as basketballs, golf balls, and beginner golf club sets, ensuring all students have the tools they need to participate.
Team essentials, like water bottles, towels, warm-ups, and shoes — especially important for students who may not be able to afford them.
Letter jacket patches for all qualifying students across athletic teams and school clubs, recognizing their hard work and dedication.

Every dollar you give goes directly toward benefiting Valley Heights students — and all monetary donations are 100% tax-deductible.

Mission

The Valley Heights Booster Club is dedicated to supporting the ongoing success and development of student athletics and extracurricular activities at Valley Heights schools. As the needs of our programs continue to grow and evolve, the Booster Club will work in close collaboration with school administrators, coaches, and sponsors to identify specific areas where additional resources are essential.

Our goal is to provide critical financial and volunteer support to enhance student experiences. By bridging the gap between school funding and program needs, we aim to ensure that every student has the opportunity to participate fully and excel in their chosen activities. We are committed to raising the necessary funds through community engagement, sponsorships, and fundraising efforts, and we invite all supporters of Valley Heights to join us in building a stronger, more vibrant school community.

Profile

The Valley Heights Booster Club is excited to kick off another year of supporting our students and staff through a wide range of events, programs, and initiatives. We have big goals for this year, and Match Day is just the beginning!

To help us reach those goals, the Booster Club will host several fundraising events throughout the year. These efforts are designed to directly benefit Valley Heights students—whether through athletic equipment, program support, or school-wide celebrations.

You can make an immediate impact by joining the Booster Club during our Match Day Sponsorship Drive:

$250 – Mustang Sponsorship
$100 – Purple Sponsorship
$50 – White Sponsorship
$25 – Black Sponsorship

All Booster Sponsors will be recognized on the back of event programs and featured on special signage and banners displayed throughout the school year. Your support will be seen—and appreciated—by the entire Valley Heights community.

What We Do

The Booster Club is proud to sponsor, support, and celebrate many important events at Valley Heights, including:

Hosting the Homecoming meal for both Valley Heights and visiting football players and coaches.
Providing a cast and crew meal after the dress rehearsal of the All-School Play—serving students, staff, and all those who make the production possible.
Sponsoring the Athletic Banquet, an annual community-wide event celebrating the accomplishments of our student-athletes. New this year, we will be sponsoring both a fall/winter and spring banuets.
Awarding scholarships to four graduating Valley Heights seniors each year.

In addition to these events, the Booster Club steps in wherever help is needed:

We provided protective gym mats for the high school stage to support volleyball and basketball safety.
We installed the bell by the football field in memory of Coach Whitson.
We helped the school purchase new padded VH folding Chairs for use at athletic events and activities.
We purchased a new digital scorer's table for the High School Gym.
We've paid for admission for all Mustang students to Sub-State games.
We’ve funded countless smaller needs for school clubs and organizations when budgets fell short.
