Prospect Hill Cemetery Association

Specific Need

Prospect Hill Cemetery is hoping to raise additional funds to help with the removal of tree stumps, repair of roads, and replacement of a roof on the storage shed. We are still dealing with the aftermath of the 2021 tornado and the 2022 wind storms. We will need specialized equipment to remove the tree stumps as well as grind stumps to the ground, special equipment to grade the roads and repair materials for a storage shed roof.

With the funds we raised from the 2022 Circle of Giving, we are replacing the fence on the east side of the cemetery, returning fallen headstones to their bases and repairing damaged headstones. Most of the damaged headstones date from the late 1800 or early 1900's. 

The Circle of Giving Match event holds an incredible opportunity for Prospect Hill Cemetery to return to the beautiful country cemetery it once was.
